Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a senior product leader to guide enterprise software and AI initiatives. You will build evaluation engines and trajectory frameworks to benchmark agent performance, and scale telemetry and context knowledge systems to empower tool discovery.

You will own key platform metrics, mentor a PM organization, and influence senior stakeholders on cloud and AI strategy while partnering with engineering teams to deliver self-healing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of product management experience delivering enterprise software, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience leading product management teams.
• Domain experience in AI/ML (trajectories, evaluation, and context knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Build evaluation engines and trajectory frameworks to benchmark agent performance.
• Evolve distributed tracing for agentic workflows for diagnostic visibility and auditability.
• Scale enterprise registries and context knowledge systems for tool discovery and grounding.
• Own key platform metrics and advise enterprise clients to drive adoption and growth.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a PM organization focused on strategy and execution.

Job description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of product management experience delivering enterprise software, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience leading product management teams.
• Domain experience in AI/ML (trajectories, evaluation, and context knowledge).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree, or MBA.
• Experience building and executing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies for enterprise observability, cloud operations, or large-scale B2B SaaS solutions.
• Ability to balance customer‑centric requirements for autonomous cloud strategy, enabling engineering partners to deliver self‑healing capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders on cloud and AI strategy.
• Expertise in synthesizing large-scale telemetry data, product metrics, and customer feedback to drive AI-native roadmaps and automate operations.
