This role is one of the most impactful product leadership opportunities at Roku. As Director of Product for Ads Performance and Measurement, you will define how advertising on the biggest screen in the home proves its value to brands, to agencies, and to the broader ecosystem. We are looking for a product leader with a track record of scaling performance products from early innovation to commercial impact. Someone who has built optimization engines and attribution frameworks that not only deliver measurable outcomes but also redefine the market’s understanding of what success looks like. This person must operate at scale and with urgency, bringing both product and engineering depth and a sharp sense of what it takes to make efficacy a differentiator.

The right leader for this role has shaped category expectations in the past and is ready to do it again. This is a market where measurement is still being defined, and the leadership opportunity is wide open.
