Job summary

Qualifications

• Product management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Product lifecycle management from strategy definition to delivery execution.
• Healthcare and healthcare technology experience in Provider and/or Payer segments.
• Track record of pricing strategy, business models, or go-to-market for platform products.
• P&L or financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns app modernization product requirements and architecture alignment with Engineering.
• Defines success metrics, adoption curves, and cutover criteria for migration.
• Owns partner integration strategy, roadmap, and API standards for onboarding providers and payers.
• Collaborates with CSBD, commercial, and implementation teams on integration opportunities.
• Leads discovery, value proposition, and feature development for access products.
• Develops business cases and executive narratives to secure modernization investments.
• Provides industry insights to inform product strategy and liaise with analytics teams.
• Interacts with senior management on product reviews and customer escalations.
• Leads skills-based development planning and coaching for product managers.
