The Director, Product Management provides strategic leadership for banking technology platforms supporting banking division core and debit cards. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into product execution by serving as the Product Owner within an Agile team and aligning business objectives with technical delivery. The Product Owner partners closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to lead the development of complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation range (base pay): $97,774.00-$166,216.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
