Director, Product Management
The North America Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team provides differentiated solutions to help customers exceed their objectives, and drive profitable revenue while building brand preference.
This role will be responsible for owning the Mastercard Rewards product line for North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong Rewards background, a successful history in the Loyalty space, and have a background in technology. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Rewards and lead enhancement/development initiatives for product improvement in the NAM region, working with cross-functional team members in the CA&E organization. The incumbent must be comfortable working with and presenting to customers and prospects, and have proficiency with Loyalty strategy/thought leadership to retain and obtain clients.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
