Job description

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead product strategy and development across audience solutions, owned media integration, and programmatic advertising, aligning technical capabilities with commercial objectives and customer needs.

- Audience strategy and product development: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for audience capabilities. Develop differentiated products leveraging first-party, behavioral, contextual, geographic, and advertiser-permissioned data. Establish frameworks for product packaging, activation, pricing, measurement, and reporting while advancing audience segmentation, identity resolution, enrichment, and responsible data use.

- Owned media integration and platform workflows: Integrate owned media inventory and audience signals into commercial planning, sales, campaign delivery, and reporting workflows. Define the target experience across planning, order management, inventory, campaign execution, optimization, and measurement. Establish clear boundaries between advertising, commercial, data, and reporting platforms while simplifying fragmented processes and reducing manual handoffs.

- Programmatic advertising and monetization: Lead strategy for direct and automated media offerings across multiple buying models. Improve inventory utilization and advertising yield while protecting customer value and premium experiences. Advance forecasting, pricing, packaging, decision-making, and campaign optimization, using performance data and market insights to prioritize investments and validate product-market fit.

- Commercialization and go-to-market execution: Develop business cases, launch plans, adoption strategies, and performance indicators for new products and capabilities. Equip commercial teams to bring audience-based solutions to market and translate product innovation into measurable revenue and customer outcomes.

- Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Data, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Privacy teams to align priorities and execute product initiatives. Guide roadmap decisions, investment allocation, dependencies, and trade-offs in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

- Platform and systems integration: Drive alignment across advertising servers, order management, customer relationship management, billing, reporting, and revenue platforms. Define integration patterns, data synchronization requirements, and system responsibilities to support reliable end-to-end commercial workflows.

- Performance and data strategy: Use campaign, audience, impression, and revenue data to evaluate product performance, improve reporting accuracy, and support commercial decision-making. Promote reliable data models and scalable analytics capabilities across the product ecosystem.

- Product organization development: Mentor and develop product talent, strengthen product management practices, and influence matrixed teams to deliver shared business objectives.

- Deep working knowledge of Google Ad Manager or a comparable enterprise advertising server, including orders, line items, targeting, pacing, creative trafficking, and reporting integrations.

- Experience with advertising order-to-cash ecosystems, including booking, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition, and their integration with ad-serving and reporting platforms.

- Understanding of modern cloud data platforms and warehouses, such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks, including audience tables, identity graphs, data marts, and scalable reporting layers.

- Expertise in audience and identity architecture, including first-party identity resolution, consumer graphs, segment taxonomies, known and anonymous audiences, and deterministic and probabilistic matching.

- Experience defining API and integration patterns, including REST or GraphQL, event-driven contracts, system-of-record boundaries, and data synchronization across commercial, advertising, and reporting systems.

- Strong understanding of media monetization and yield management, including CPM pricing, rate cards, floor strategies, margin structures, premium and remnant inventory, and cross-channel revenue attribution.

- Knowledge of cross-channel audience activation from owned environments into social, video, and demand-side advertising platforms.

- Strong data-modeling and SQL skills, including dimensional modeling for campaign, impression, audience, and revenue data; sold-versus-delivered reconciliation; complex joins; window functions; and query performance optimization on large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Understanding of creative fulfillment workflows, including asset requests, production, approval, and integration with advertising delivery systems.
