iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Procurement to scale the organization to support aggressive growth while maintaining rigorous compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA standards.

You will lead a procurement team responsible for direct and indirect spend, including IT, facilities, and services, driving strategic supplier partnerships. The role emphasizes automation of P2P processes, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and manufacturing to optimize ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, 10+ years in procurement operations and strategic sourcing.
  • Medical Device, Pharma, or Biotech experience (7+ years) with ISO 13485 and FDA knowledge.
  • Experience developing category strategies and sourcing for indirect procurement areas (IT, capex, marketing, facilities).
  • Experience contributing to automation or process improvements in P2P for a fast-growing company.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels; contract negotiation experience.
