Philips seeks a Director, Process Compliance & Centers of Excellence to lead enterprise quality controls, drive process improvements, and oversee documentation and regulatory compliance across global sites.

You will guide PFMEA, design transfer, NPI validations, CAPA, NC, and QN processes, mentor quality engineers, and partner with R&D, manufacturing and regulatory affairs to reduce COPQ and achieve superior quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Drive strategic initiatives to elevate supplier quality standards, collaborating with R&D, manufacturing and regulatory affairs to address process gaps.
• Guide setup of acceptance activities, transfer to manufacturing, NPIs validations, process development and control plans.
• Collaborate with Quality Optimization to integrate initiatives into site QMS processes.
• Lead cost reduction and productivity through COPQ data analysis and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead regulatory inspections (FDA, Notified Bodies) and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Life Sciences required; Master’s preferred.
