Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Process Excellence leader to own end-to-end redesign and migration readiness for GCC-bound processes across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Europe SGA. Lead maturity assessments, design future-state architecture, and enable a dual-hub model with India, Mexico, and the U.S. team.

You will drive Lean events, manage a global team of analysts, and ensure value realization with automation and process mining. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 8-12 years in process improvement, operational excellence, or GBS/shared services transformation with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; proven quantified productivity improvement track record
  • Experience with process mapping at depth (L3-L4+), variant analysis, and multi-BU standardization

Responsibilities

  • Lead process maturity assessments across Wave 1 and Wave 2 in-scope processes (Finance, HR Services, Procurement, IT, Europe SGA). Establish baseline productivity metrics.
  • Lead future-state process design for GCC-bound processes. Apply simplify-first: eliminate non-value-add steps, remove unjustified BU variants, consolidate duplicates before migration. Own the Simplification Scorecard.
  • Define and enforce the Process Migration Readiness Checklist. No process migrates without Process Excellence Lead sign-off. Minimum: L3+ mapped, SOP complete, RACI defined, baseline established, automation flagged, KT package ready.
  • Identify and deliver process-level quick wins with measured pre/post impact. Lead Lean events (kaizen, value stream mapping) for high-complexity processes before migration gate.
  • Own the end-to-end future-state process architecture for GBS at full GCC+AI maturity (18-24 month horizon). Design for the dual-hub model: India, Mexico, retained U.S. team, and BU-embedded roles.
  • Support the design and stand-up of the GPO function from Day 1. Build GPO operating cadence: performance reviews, standardization governance, exception management, and CI pipeline
  • Lead and develop a global team of Process Excellence Analysts focused on driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, standardization, and service delivery excellence across multiple regions and functions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, automation, and data-driven methodologies to optimize workflows and accelerate business outcomes.
  • Build organizational capability by coaching analysts and business stakeholders on process improvement methodologies, change management, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
