IQ-EQ is a global investor services group providing administration, compliance, governance, data and reporting across 25 jurisdictions with 6,500+ professionals.

This position demands a high level of accuracy, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving, focusing on analyzing complex compliance issues, developing and testing compliance programs for clients in the alternative and traditional investment sectors, and supporting regulatory exams and outsourced Chief Compliance Officer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance experience in investment advisory, law firm, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Hands-on experience with SEC examinations or mock exams preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage client engagements, providing strategic compliance guidance with minimal oversight.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables, including annual reviews and regulatory filings.
• Lead client trainings, mock regulatory exams, and support during SEC and FINRA examinations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and guide clients in developing internal controls.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and support firm-wide initiatives.
