Autodesk Construction Solutions is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Forma Preconstruction portfolio. You will lead the product management organization across Takeoff, Estimating, Bidding, Qualification and Sustainability solutions, shaping strategy and driving alignment with UX, engineering and cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive Preconstruction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate complex dependencies across global teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Product Management experience.
• 2+ years as a group Product Management lead for internal candidates.
• 5+ years of Preconstruction experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional partners.
• Willingness to work with international teams globally; manage complex dependencies and delivery conflicts.

Responsabilités

• Lead a Product Management organization focusing on Autodesk Forma preconstruction portfolio.
• Coach product leaders and define growth paths for individuals.
• Own and shape the product strategy and roadmaps for preconstruction workflows in Forma.
• Partner with Forma product groups to deliver an integrated solution across design, precon, construction and handover.
