You will partner with client teams and internal experts to shape data-driven health programs, oversee a high-performing consulting team, and guide strategic initiatives across practice areas.

The role requires 10+ years in the field, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of healthcare benefits and data analytics.

Formación

• 10+ years in population health, healthcare consulting, employer health strategy or related fields.
• Experience leading client relationships and complex consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of benefits, population health management, and vendor landscape.
• Experience interpreting claims, clinical, pharmacy, and population health data.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-influence skills.
• U.S. citizen; sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Lead population health strategy using client claims data to impact prevalence, risk and cost.
• Provide executive guidance on healthcare trends, vendor strategies, and workforce health.
• Collaborate with medical, pharmacy, analytics and external partners for integrated services.
• Oversee workload planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
• Develop and enhance methodologies, tools, and thought leadership in precision health.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of consulting talent.
