Job summary

Crystal Stairs, Inc. seeks a Director of the PMO to provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with mission and funding requirements.

You will build and manage a centralized PMO, establish governance, track risks, and deliver programs with transparency and accountability. Collaboration with executives and program teams is essential, with oversight of budgets and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• 5+ years in leadership or PMO management.
• Experience in nonprofit, public sector, or human services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a centralized PMO.
• Incorporate project standards, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure accountability, transparency, and compliance.
