This role develops and executes national business development strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen competitive positioning, enhance customer value, and improve profitability. Serving as the organization's senior plumbing subject matter expert, the Director provides leadership and direction to divisional plumbing teams while partnering closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Training functions to identify growth opportunities, optimize service offerings, enhance workforce capabilities, and support sustainable business expansion.
