We are currently looking to hire a Director, Planning Performance Management based in Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY!
The Director of Planning Performance Management leads the design, governance, and continuous improvement of core Planning routines—including Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), Global Planning System (GPS), and Performance Management—ensuring they are purpose‑driven, interconnected, and aligned with business objectives. This leader acts as a catalyst for transformation, embedding a culture of accountability and operational excellence through the "Running Planning as a Plant" philosophy. By partnering cross‑functionally, the role harmonizes Planning and Operations, drives data transparency through performance dashboards and KPI trees, and ensures rapid responsiveness to business needs. The Director also spearheads change management, root cause analysis, and inventory performance initiatives, leveraging cross‑functional teams and analytics to deliver measurable impact.
The base compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $240,000, commensurate with experience.
