Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fundraising/wealth management/estate planning.
• Experience with planned giving vehicles and tax implications.
• Ability to articulate and present complex gift options.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and cultivate planned and estate gift prospects.
• Coordinate estate‑planning consultations with external advisors.
• Prepare and present planned‑giving proposals and illustrations.
• Negotiate and close planned‑gift commitments per policies.
• Maintain planned‑giving pipeline in the CRM and report forecasts.
• Develop donor education programs and adviser outreach.
