Qualifications

• 12 years of programming experience in clinical trial data.
• SAS Certification desirable.
• Expert SAS programming in a clinical development environment.
• Experience leading teams of 4+ direct reports.
• Proven success leading complex clinical development projects.
• Strong understanding of pharmacometrics, biostatistics, regulatory submission needs.
• Experience implementing CDISC standards and standardization.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communications, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming strategy and execution across multiple therapeutic areas and clinical development programs.
• Drive implementation of standardized tools, technologies, and methodologies for analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate pharmacometrics programming activities, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional partners.
• Guide data integration across studies to support exposure‑response and PK/PD analyses.
• Lead planning and validation of electronic submission deliverables and documentation.
• Develop talent through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Champion process improvements, operational excellence, and departmental standards.
• Represent the pharmacometrics programming function in strategic, operational, and organizational discussions.
