The Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice works with upper middle market and large‑cap private equity firms. The practice’s IT team focuses on leading software product and technology due diligence across the entire deal lifecycle, from pre‑deal reviews through post‑acquisition implementation and performance improvement.

Full‑time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life insurance, and disability coverage. Eligible employees receive a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid time off, vacation, personal days, sick time, federal holidays, a floating holiday, and parental leave. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $225,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
