Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to shape and operationalize their People Business Partner model. This senior role involves guiding the PBP team and collaborating with executives on workforce and talent strategies.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high-growth organizations, particularly in SaaS, and will work to improve processes and practices within the HR function. A strong emphasis is placed on analytics and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years progressive HR/People experience, significant time as a strategic HR/People Business Partner.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, managing HR/People Business Partner teams.
• Experience in SaaS and/or pre-IPO environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team.
• Serve as the strategic People advisor to assigned executives.
• Drive consistency, rigor, and measurable outcomes across workforce planning and organization design.
