Job summary

RNGD in New Orleans area is seeking a Director of People Operations to drive people strategy, culture, and compliance. This role partners with safety, benefits, talent, and employee experience teams to build scalable programs.

A hands-on leader who can work in the weeds and steer policy with business impact is essential. The ideal candidate will own compensation, HRIS data integrity, and reporting, while ensuring lawful, ethical practices across regions.

Qualifications

• Leadership of people operations programs and teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance obligations.
• Experience scaling HR programs across regions.
• Track record of improving retention and engagement.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Culture, Engagement, and Leadership initiatives.
• Own compensation structure, benchmarks, and reviews.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Attend operations meetings and act on early indicators.
