Job summary

Paychex is seeking a PEO senior leader to shape the strategy for workers' compensation and safety within our bundled offering. You will focus on WC policy oversight, partner management, and driving high-quality collaborations with carriers and brokers to strengthen our PEO portfolio.

You will lead collaboration across teams, assess risk, and optimize our PEO-related services to help clients protect their people and grow their business.

• Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Manage PaychexOne WC policy, identify new key WC PEO partners, and drive policies for higher-risk clients.

Overview

The PEO senior leader is responsible for the overall PEO strategy including the competitiveness of our PEO offering -Works Compensation and Safety, as well as the non-insurance elements of our bundled offering.

Responsibilities

• PEO WC Claims Oversight, Prism WC Policy Management, PEO Key WC Partner selection, retention and partnership (WC, EPLI, Claims, TPA, Aon, AmWINS) and key outside brokers.
• PaychexOne WC Policy Management, Identification and selection of new key WC PEO partners (carriers, MGA’s, brokers etc.), Management of PEO dedicated PIA agents, driving PIA placed WC policies for higher risk clients that do not fit the master.
• Driving PEO client attachment rates for WC and other P&C products on existing clients.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $183,050 - $261,500. This range includes base pay plus bonus but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
