Job summary

The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh is seeking a Director of Occupational Therapy Services to lead outpatient and early intervention OT programs. This onsite role focuses on strategic oversight, staff development, and ensuring high-quality care for children and families.

The position requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, PA licensure eligibility, and at least five years of OT experience including supervision. Monday–Friday, onsite with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum five years’ experience as an occupational therapist.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state licensure requirements and audits.
• Lead budget preparation with leadership team and approve team expenses.
• Monitor revenue cycle and service delivery for occupational therapy.
• Maintain staffing patterns and productivity targets across divisions.
• Provide supervision, training, and performance appraisals for OT staff.
• Represent CI at external meetings to support program growth.
