University of Rochester is seeking a Director of Critical Care to lead Golisano Children's critical care services, including NICU, PICU, PCCC, and Pediatric ED. The role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and guides clinical operations, quality, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should hold a BSN and a master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration; a DNP or PhD is preferred. Minimum 5–7 years of progressive nursing leadership in high-acuity pediatric care is expected.
