Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Director of Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications to lead strategy, governance, architecture, and optimization of the enterprise app portfolio. You will align technology with business priorities, drive roadmaps, and manage a high-performing team across Oracle Fusion, CRM, HRIS, and MES.

You will collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, and IT leaders to advance process improvements, automation, and organizational efficiency

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading enterprise applications, business systems, or IT organizations.
• Experience managing enterprise application teams and operating models that support growth.
• Ownership of Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud ERP in complex organizations including strategy and roadmaps.

Director, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications

Salary: $160,000-$200,000 + Bonus

The Director, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, architecture, and optimization of the organization’s enterprise application portfolio. This role serves as the primary business and technology leader for core platforms, ensuring applications support business objectives, operate efficiently, and scale with organizational growth.

The Director partners closely with executive and functional leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Human Resources, and Information Technology to align technology capabilities with business priorities. This leader is responsible for driving application roadmaps, managing enterprise application teams, and ensuring a well-integrated and high-performing application ecosystem.

Responsibilities of the Director, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications:

• Own and lead the enterprise application portfolio, including Oracle Fusion, CRM, HRIS, MES, and other business-critical systems.
• Develop and execute application strategies and multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing enterprise applications team focused on both technical excellence and business outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience of the Director, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications:

• Progressive experience leading enterprise applications, business systems, or IT organizations.
• Experience managing enterprise application teams and establishing operating models that support business growth.
• Demonstrated ownership of Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud ERP in complex, multi-site or global organizations including strategy, roadmaps, etc.
• Experience supporting business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, customer service, human resources, and operations.
• Proven success leading enterprise application implementations, upgrades, and transformational initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, application standards, and change management practices.
• Ability to balance long-term technology strategy with hands-on execution and delivery.

Bonus Experience of the Director, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications:

• Deep experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce, Workday, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or similar enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application configuration, integration architecture, and system optimization.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or other operationally complex environments.
• Background leading enterprise architecture initiatives and application modernization efforts.
• Experience managing global application portfolios and cross-functional technology programs.
• Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
