Job summary

Qualifications

  • Provide ASC 842 lease accounting and financial impact reporting.
  • Support global strategy while aligning country and business requirements.
  • Produce ongoing and ad hoc executive-level reports.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on projects.
  • Negotiate real estate deals, vet external vendors, and review legal documents.
  • Lead global project teams and vendor management.

Description
  • Experience in the leasing and management of global or regional corporate offices and industrial sites
  • Responsible for the real estate portfolio tracking and reporting across the globe including transaction status, cost, critical dates, utilization and sustainability efforts
  • Design and execution of real estate processes and the ability to improve and streamline using AI and the latest technology
  • Lease accounting and ASC842 financial impact reporting
  • Support development of global strategy and new ways of working with global principles while ensuring country and business requirements are met
  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc executive level reports
  • Collaboration with senior leaders and functional teams for end to end project management and audit controls
  • Negotiation of real estate including hiring external vendors, performing market analysis and reviewing legal documents
  • Vendor management and ability to lead global project teams

Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $124,200.00 to $214,450.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan. In addition,
