Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fort Worth seeks a Director of Operations to lead a network of distribution centers and drive top performance across the organization.

You will oversee strategic development, team development, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining a culture of accountability and results. A 75% travel requirement accompanies the role and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• MBA or equivalent preferred
• 7+ years of experience within supply chain
• 3+ years of progressive experience in strategy development and implementation, operations management, or organization design and implementation
• Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic role within a supply chain function preferred

Director Operations

The Director of Operations has a national salary range of $150,000 - $200,000.
