Job summary

IDEOlogy Health in the United States is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Oncology Scientific Affairs to lead scientific content development and oversee medical education projects.

Reporting into Scientific Affairs, you will collaborate with business development, operations and marketing to ensure timely, quality deliverables while staying current on disease states and clinical management. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred; bachelor’s degree in life sciences; hematology/oncology background.
• 3+ years in hematology/oncology with solid tumor focus; Breast/GI/Gyn experience preferred.
• 1-3 years medical education experience; experience developing scientific content.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of content, including slides and multimedia assets, with faculty.
• Contribute to post-event reports and executive summaries.
• Generate deliverables with concise scientific writing and balanced data representation.
• Collaborate with IDEOlogy functions to create new medical education meeting market/client needs.
• Stay updated on current content in disease states and clinical management.
• Adhere to internal procedures throughout content generation and review.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% and work outside regular hours.
