Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 7–10 years consulting or industry experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in drug development, R&D strategy, and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy and governance for oncology R&D programs.
• Coordinate with OTAU, ODDU, OBU and enabling functions for alignment.
• Prepare materials and narratives for senior governance bodies.
• Drive analytics, scenario planning, and risk assessment across the portfolio.
• Support corporate planning cycles and external partnership considerations.
