Revolution Medicines is seeking a Lead Statistician for oncology studies to lead statistical design, analysis and reporting across clinical programs. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables and regulatory readiness.

The candidate will develop SAPs, work with data management, and contribute to publications while maintaining high standards of data quality and statistical rigor.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS in Statistics/Biostatistics with biotech/pharma experience.
• Ph.D. requires at least 8 years; MS requires at least 12 years of industry experience as a statistician for clinical trials.
• Oncology trial design and analysis experience is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or R is required.

Responsabilités

• Represent biostatistics on study/project teams and coordinate with other functions.
• Provide statistical design, analysis and reporting for clinical studies in oncology.
• Develop SAPs and analysis specifications; ensure analysis aligns with the statistical plan.
• Collaborate with programming, data management and clinical operations to ensure data quality and study integrity.
• Contribute to regulatory interactions and publications; develop SOPs and templates.
