Great Bridge UMC is hiring a Full Time Director of Youth Ministries. The Youth Director provides leadership and coordination for the church’s ministry with middle school and high school students. In partnership with the pastor(s), parents, church staff, and volunteers, the director develops opportunities for youth to grow in their faith, build meaningful Christian relationships, participate in service, and become active disciples of Jesus Christ. The director seeks to create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment where young people feel valued, develop their spiritual gifts, and discover their place in the life and mission of the church.
