Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking a Director of VDC in Aurora, CO. This onsite role leads the Virtual Design & Construction function, aligning digital strategy with enterprise-wide delivery across construction, manufacturing, and service teams.

Expect 15–20+ years of experience, executive leadership, and a track record in BIM and digital construction. Salary ranges from $200,000 to $225,000 annually with a potential incentive bonus, and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Set the VDC vision, standards, and scalable delivery model across business units and trades.
• Partner with executives to turn digital transformation into better project execution.
• Lead VDC Managers and multidisciplinary teams; align resources, workloads, and performance with business priorities.
• Advance BIM, Lean, prefabrication, and advanced manufacturing to connect planning with production.
• Champion automation, reality capture, digital twins, and AI-driven coordination tools.
• Deliver cost-effective services and demonstrate ROI through stronger coordination and outcomes.
• Contribute to additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
