  • Collaborate with McIntire affinity groups and student organizations on recruiting and advising programming.
  • Internal Transfer Admission: chair the Undergraduate Admission Committee; oversee internal admissions processes; communicate admissions information to internal/external constituents; ensure Slate and other systems are updated; oversee data reporting; collaborate on onboarding and transition to matriculation.
  • External Transfer Admission: act as primary contact for all stages of the admission cycle; oversee advising of external transfer students; recruit from Virginia Community Colleges; coordinate transfer credits with the McIntire Registrar; collaborate on onboarding for external transfer students; track academic progress to inform decisions.
  • Minor Admission and Advising: Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Real Estate, and General Business Minor; develop procedures and policies; manage marketing initiatives; oversee minor admission processes and committees; advise students in the General Business Minor; analyze admissions data; support onboarding and matriculation; build a pipeline from minor programs to graduate programs within McIntire.
