Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory as the role requires effective communication across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of California-specific transportation, labor, and safety regulations.
• Experience with managing multi-site logistics or high-volume distribution centers.
