American Senior Communities is seeking a Director of Therapy at Beech Grove Meadows in Beech Grove, Indiana. You will oversee rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP) and lead the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Must be a licensed PT in Indiana with a passion for geriatric care and prior management experience; you will drive staff development, collaborate across departments, and promote CARE values.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana.
• Experience in geriatric care and patient-focused outcomes preferred.
• Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation services (PT, OT, SLP) and coordinate care.
• Provide leadership in staff development and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support regulatory and quality standards across departments.
