Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product development and engineering test environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in Design Verification Testing (DVT), test automation, and product validation.
• Experience working with certification agencies and compliance testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise-wide test strategies.
• Own the DVT methodology and governance model.
• Drive consistency in test planning, execution, and reporting.

Skills

Systems-level engineering mindset

Strong communication skills

Lean / Six Sigma experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering

Master’s degree preferred
