The Illinois Association of School Administrators is seeking an Executive Director to lead IT strategy and operations for a Country Club Hills SD #160 district. This full-time role requires oversight of technology, security, and compliance in a school setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in IT, strong people management skills, and experience with Web 2.0 tools, E-Rate, and district IT governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or job-related field
• Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.
• Be trained and experienced in the full range of technological skills required in the school setting.
• In depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.
• Knowledge of E-Rate
• Be successful managing people and delegating responsibilities.
• Familiar with Web 2.0 technologies including Google Apps for Education, Wikis, Blogs, Knowledge to maintain technology operations to include systems administration, network management, telecommunications management, system and data security, system and backup and emergency recovery plans
