Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, seeks a Director of Technical Quality & Compliance to lead regulatory activities and quality governance across the full product lifecycle. Located in West Chester or Raritan NJ, Palm Beach Gardens or Raynham, the role drives regulatory readiness and digital transformation within a global, matrixed organization.

You will provide strategic guidance on GxP compliance, implement robust quality systems, and partner with senior leaders to harmonize processes

Qualifications

• 10–12 years leading GxP computerized systems validation in regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of global cGMP and data integrity requirements.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, validation lifecycle, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for medical device regulatory activities.
• Ensure governance and use of regulatory data across the product lifecycle.
• Lead quality systems implementation and end-to-end quality controls.
• Collaborate with global teams to support regulatory readiness and digital initiatives.
