Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a Director of Technical Project/Program Management to own the execution of strategic projects and lead a team of program managers. The role supports Rheem North America and can be located in Atlanta, GA or other specified locations, with a hybrid work model (office Mon–Thu, remote Fri).

You will drive multi-year roadmaps, coordinate with Finance and Operations, and lead cross-functional teams to meet KPIs in cost, schedule, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in product development or project management.
• 5+ years leading business or functional teams in fast-paced environment.
• Strong execution skills to drive schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Experience translating product strategies into executable program plans using PLM and resource management tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute the program management vision and strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer, business, and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive program performance by monitoring metrics and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership and conduct post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Align product investments with long-term objectives with finance and operations.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps across multiple categories.
• Oversee product lifecycle and portfolio profitability to meet KPIs.
• Manage capital and tooling progress and optimize resource prioritization.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness and seamless production ramp-up.
• Advance speed-to-market and quality outcomes through cross-functional initiatives.
