Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years in a cgmp-regulated cosmetics/pharma setting.
• Proven track record in technical transfer, new product introduction, and continuous improvement leadership.
• Strong leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Transfer to ensure compliant, on-time execution of new launches, scale-ups, and process transfers.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams for new opportunities and customer-driven projects.
• Ensure risk assessments, change control, and regulatory compliance for new product/process implementations.
• Coach and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture and operational excellence.
