• Manage staff workload, assign duties, and prepare reports.
• Provide direction, training, and supervision to staff and senior accountants.
• Oversee day-to-day duties of planning, preparation, review and wrap-up.
• Grow client relationships through positive interactions and proactive service.
• Contribute to business development and firm growth.
