Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Director-level Systems Analysis leader to guide enterprise-scale platforms for contract and order management. You will translate complex financial and healthcare requirements into scalable designs, data models, and compliant systems across a cloud-enabled, service-oriented environment.

You will drive architecture governance, stakeholder collaboration, and strategy, ensuring performance, security, and long-term resilience for distributed, data-rich systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field with several years of systems analysis and design experience of defined contribution contract and order management systems.
• Experience leading complex enterprise platform initiatives in financial services or healthcare domains.
• Strong data modeling, architectural design, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis and design for complex systems across subsystems and organizations.
• Consults with business users to gather requirements and analyze technology needs.
• Establishes full project life cycle plans for systems analysis projects and defining scope.
• Leads analysts in documentation and monitoring quality of deliverables.
• Designs new systems based on requirements.
• Defines test strategies and coordinating user acceptance testing efforts.
• Oversees software quality assurance and debugging activities.
• Communicates progress of multiple projects to management and stakeholders.
• Participates in incident management to assess business impact and facilitate workarounds.
• Plans and leads technology initiatives focused on software development and integration.
• Provides technical supervision and expertise to multiple teams on complex enterprise projects.
• Advises senior management on technical strategy and emerging technologies to improve system performance, security, and scalability.
