experience in a leadership role, preferred* Minimum of 3 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)* Experience working in a large, high-volume operating room environment strongly preferred* Extensive knowledge of perioperative operations and Operating Room workflows* Experience leading multidisciplinary surgical teams* Expertise in Lean methodology, process improvement, and operational excellence* Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics* Experience with vendor management, contract
