MITYMITY Inc. in Orem, Utah is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead global sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and strategy.

This role reports to the CFO and focuses on building a cost-efficient, reliable supply chain that supports manufacturing and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred) and 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience, with strong negotiation, supplier management, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field with MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience including senior-level leadership responsibilities.
• Extensive domestic and international sourcing experience across Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing, procurement, inventory management and supply chain strategy.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing; build supplier partnerships and implement supplier scorecards.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, demand planning and warehouse operations.
• Develop and mentor supply chain teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Production to align supply chain priorities with business needs.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who understands global sourcing, develops strong supplier partnerships, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and uses data to drive better business decisions.Reporting directly to the CFO, this position plays a key role in improving operational efficiency, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring quality remains a top priority.What You'll DoLead Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, strengthen supplier reliability, and support business growth.Drive Global Sourcing: Manage domestic and international sourcing strategies, identify alternative suppliers, and optimize sourcing across multiple geographic regions.Manage Supplier Relationships: Build strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and implement supplier scorecards to monitor performance, quality, and cost.Identify Cost Savings: Analyze purchasing trends, supplier volumes, and spending to uncover opportunities for improved pricing and operational efficiency.Oversee Supply Chain Operations: Provide strategic oversight of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and related warehouse operations.Lead and Develop Teams: Guide and develop supply chain professionals while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Partner Across Departments: Work closely with Finance, Operations, Production, and other teams to align supply chain priorities with business needs.Use Data to Drive Decisions: Analyze information from multiple systems to identify trends, solve problems, and improve supply chain performance.Maintain Quality and Reliability: Ensure sourcing and purchasing decisions support product quality, operational consistency, and customer expectations.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred), along with at least 10 years of supply chain experience, including senior-level leadership responsibilities.The ideal candidate has extensive domestic and international sourcing experience, particularly in Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
