We are particularly interested in candidates with advanced academic preparation—including doctoral candidates and doctoral degree holders —who want an opportunity to apply their education in a hands-on leadership environment and have a measurable impact on student achievement, professional development, and career outcomes.

The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable holding students accountable while providing the resources and guidance necessary for their success.
