Qualifications

• 15+ years of structural engineering experience, including leadership of teams and complex projects.
• Extensive experience with NJDOT, NJTA, and/or other major transportation agencies.
• Proven ability in client management, project delivery, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary structural engineering team across major infrastructure markets.
• Oversee the delivery of complex structural design projects including bridges and transit systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with public agencies and key clients.
