Harvard Kennedy School is seeking an Associate Director of Research for the Computational Policy Lab at the Shorenstein Center. The role focuses on shaping a portfolio of computational and policy research across education, AI governance, and public policy, with strategic leadership of research strategy, funding, and operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in research and program management, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership across the lab’s research portfolio and align initiatives with institutional goals.
• Advise researchers on experimental design, mixed-methods approaches, data collection and analysis.
• Build and steward partnerships with government agencies, funders, and other research and policy stakeholders.
• Lead funding and initiative development, including grant proposals and budgets.
• Recruit, supervise, and mentor lab staff and research fellows; ensure rigorous governance and compliance.
