You will shape supplier strategy, negotiate key contracts and drive cost productivity while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality and other business functions.

The role manages a team of procurement professionals and drives near‑term execution and longer‑term category strategy, including regional expansion and risk

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 10+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• CPSM/CPM or similar certification a plus.
• Ability to translate complex supplier, market, financial and technical information for senior leadership.
• Functional experience in procurement and category management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy for Core Diagnostics with $250M–$300M annual spend.
• Own supplier strategy, contracts, cost productivity and risk management.
• Manage a team of procurement professionals and drive cross‑functional sourcing initiatives.
• Drive Total Cost of Ownership reductions through analytics and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and other functions to ensure timely delivery and quality.
