Responsibilities

• Develops and directs a comprehensive program for a complex center or multiple departments.
• Collaborates with leadership to set priorities for departments.
• Manages budgets, staffing plans, and department goals aligned with division strategies.
• Establishes performance metrics and monitors departmental activities.
• Represents department to internal and external constituents.
• Reviews and implements policies and improvements.
• Hires and directs staff to meet department goals.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
