The ideal candidate has 7+ years in strategic communications, with strong storytelling, leadership, and collaboration skills to support enrollment, fundraising, and advocacy initiatives in the DC area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital marketing, public relations, or related field.
• 7+ years in strategic communications, public relations, digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, platforms, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of external and internal strategic communications plans.
• Oversee communications and marketing components of campaigns for enrollment, fundraising, and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop audience-specific recruitment and digital conversion strategies.
