Job summary

Kymera Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director of Statistical Programming to lead the programming efforts for a compound-level program across multiple clinical studies. The role requires ensuring high-quality, timely, and regulatory-compliant deliverables forKymera’s degrader pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of statistical programming in pharma/biotech, deep CDISC knowledge, and hands-on SAS expertise.

Qualifications

• Requires an advanced degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of statistical programming experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading programming activities for compound-level programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming strategy, timelines, and resource planning for compound-level programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on timelines and quality expectations.
• Oversee CROs and vendors for SDTM/ADaM outputs and maintain documentation.
